Bullock was born and raised in Mississippi and his southern roots have had a large influence on his bridal style. He is a self-taught designer and specializes in draping, pattern making, and sewing, and to this day he still has a very active role in designing and making the gorgeous gowns in his collection.
Bullock’s passion for fashion and design first led to the creation of Robert Bullocks Hats which was a huge success, and he made his name in the fashion world. Next, he created Birnbaum and Bullock, a line of stunning couture wedding gowns.
Robert then decided he wanted to reach a much broader audience with his gowns and he decided to create his own line, Robert Bullock Bride, to create stunning gowns at affordable prices. His goal was to create a collection of gowns at affordable prices that still created the joy and beauty of couture bridal gowns. Robert Bullock dresses range from $1800-$3000 offering many brides the opportunity to wear a piece from his fabulous collection.
