I LOVE this gown. We've already talked about it before but it hasn't been on our Dresses of the Week list yet. The gown has a pretty simple silhouette - strapless bodice fitted at the natural waist and a ball gown skirt. However, the vintage grosgrain ribbon or belt at the waist and the dotted tulle skirt with pockets put it over the top. The minute you put it on you'll know it's the one.
