Bridal Gown of the Week: Wtoo Eloise

This gown is perfect for any bride with vintage style! The Wtoo Eloise gown is a classic silhouette with sophisticated & vintage-inspired details.

 There are so many beautiful details on this gown . . . where do we begin! The lace is so intricate and delicate making for lovely (and comfortable) gown! This slim sheath silhouette features both front and back v-necklines, covered buttons, and a double faced satin ribbon with beaded motif at the waist.

 This charming satin ribbon is one of our favorite details. The bead work on the belt is even more stunning in person! We also love that this ribbon can be ordered in a variety of different colors. It is shown in cashmere but can be ordered in white, ivory, champagne, mocha or primrose.
 

All of the beautiful details on the front of this bridal gown carry over to the back. The satin ribbon is tied into a classic bow which really brings the whole look together. We also love the contrast between the cashmere ribbon and the ivory dress. The lace details throughout this gown carry on to the train to continue with the vintage styling.

 

 One of the great things about this gown is that it can be ordered in so many different color options. In addition to the several different color choices offered for the satin ribbon, the dress can be ordered in either ivory or white. The stretch satin lining can also be ordered in several different colors including champagne, ivory, white, or rosegold.

Wedding Inspiration: Thanksgiving

What is a more perfect occasion to gather friends and family than Thanksgiving? That's easy! A Wedding!

This post is inspired by all things Thanksgiving. With the Autumn weather drawing slowly to a close, the shades of brown and gold present at the end of November are the perfect inspiration for a cozy, harvest wedding. Start with a gown in the color "spun gold," and add pops of burgundy and orange to make your wedding picture perfect. And, of course, don't forget what the holiday is all about - Giving thanks for all of things we are blessed with every day!

Inspiration: A Halloween Wedding

Halloween is a favorite holiday of ours. There's nothing better than having an excuse to wear an over-the-top costume and go all out on makeup and accessories. Any treats (or tricks) are just icing on the cake.

When we started looking, we found inspiration from so many brides who chose to embrace the holiday and incorporate it into an unforgettable Halloween wedding. While this definitely isn't a theme every bride is going to be quick to follow, for a bride who is unconventional and loves Halloween it can make for a shockingly beautiful soiree. The most surprising thing we found while searching for Halloween-inspired weddings was how chic they could be. Touches of black in all the right places and just a little bit of humor makes for a wedding that is more sleek than scary.

One of our brides just came in for a her bridal gown fitting and shared with us her vision for a decadent, Art Deco wedding, complete with fur stoles and lots of sparkle. We love the idea of a 1920s wedding, a time that was the pinnacle of style. With "The Great Gatsby" hitting theaters this month, it seems that the '20s are back in full swing. We know everyone says that "diamonds are a girls best friend," but at Miss Ruby, we think pearls are pretty great too.
