It's time to add some more style to your wardrobe

Last night I attended an old movie showing. The movie was Casablanca, the 1943, black and white romantic drama. While watching it, I couldn’t help but notice that in every scene ladies were always dressed up. They were wearing dresses, pearls, and large hats. When I looked at what I was wearing, it was nothing close to that - black pants and a cheetah print sweater.

It’s not hard though to get our style back to as classic looking as Ingrid Bergman in Casablanca. You’ll have to stop in soon to see our many ready-to-wear dresses available. They are easy to wear and could step up your style. It may be time to ditch the simple black pants and top – well you don’t have to completely ditch that ensemble, but sprinkling in some dresses into your wardrobe sure would add some style! I know, I know…we hear a lot of “I never wear dresses.” But maybe it is time to start! Plus wearing dresses is so easy. You don’t have to worry about what pants go with what top. And with some of these extra little styling tips you’ll be looking better than before you ditched those black pants!

If the style of wearing large hats is a bit much, you could add a headband to your look. One with feathers or a bow gives your outfit a little something extra, without going over the top.

Pearls are even something we could implement into our everyday wear. They are extremely classy looking, even if they aren’t real! And larger pearls or flowers on the necklace make them seem a bit less formal.

See how easy it is to have a classy style, just by wearing a cute dress and an accessory or two!
