Miss Ruby is seeking several part-time Sales Associates/Bridal Consultants with a passion for fashion and the wedding industry as well as the personality to provide impeccable service.
Requirements:
-Friendly, outgoing & upbeat personality, confident, & outstanding listening skills,
-Must be responsible and comfortable working with little supervision. (On some days sales consultant may be responsible for managing the boutique alone.)
-Must have prior retail/sales experience and be able to close the sale.
-Bridal experience preferred but not required.
-Must be organized, detailed, and able to multi-task.
-Must show patience with the customers.
-Must be able to handle stressful situations.
-Must have basic computer skills.
-Must have strong fashion sense & style.
Description:
-Assist brides and bridal parties in helping them find the perfect gown and accessories for their wedding day.
-Answer phones & schedule appointments.
-Assist in daily store duties including cleaning and organizing dresses & displays.
-Provide assistance on marketing projects and other responsibilities as needed – write blog entries, website updating, promotional efforts, photoshoots
-Participate in store events & trunk shows as needed.
Hours:
Must be available evenings and weekends. Sales associates are required to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month. Hours would also include one or two 4-8 hour shifts during the week. Total hours per week would be approximately 7-15 hours. Flexibility for Sunday hours is a plus. Wage based on experience.
