The 8629 from Watters & Watters is a super chic dress! I can definitely picture this at an urban wedding - maybe at Cuvee or the Art Museum. The dress is very slimming with a draped front bodice, band at empire waist and peplum detail on the above the knee-length skirt. The dress is pictured in Eggplant but is available in 12 colors.
